MANUFACTURER’S CERTIFICATION(Required)

I hereby certify that Texas A&M Transportation Institute is authorized to test the product.
It is understood that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) will use the results to determine whether the product tested will be included on the TxDOT/TTI Interactive Approved Product List (IAPL) for erosion and sediment control products. The IAPL governs materials described in TxDOT’s Standard Specifications for the Construction of Highways Streets and Bridges Item 164(4) (b) and Item 169. It is further certified that any Private Label or Brand Name described herein is identical in physical properties, material composition, and installation requirements as the product presented for testing.

TESTING REQUEST/FEES

The fee for each of the following tests is $10,500. A 10% deposit ($1,050) is required to initiate evaluation process. On receipt of this application TTI will provide an invoice for deposit payment. The remaining balance is due before final test results will be provided to Administrative Contact listed. Please mark the test you are requesting TTI to conduct for the product listed on this application.
